2. Services

AJ Technologies provides web development, UX design, systems engineering and related technology services. Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement or quote, which takes precedence over these terms.

3. Protection of personal information (POPIA)

Where a project involves us processing personal information on a client's behalf, the client remains the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and AJ Technologies acts as its operator, processing that information only on the client's documented instructions and with the security safeguards set out in our Privacy Policy. Each party remains liable for the personal information it determines the purpose and means of processing.

4. Website content

All content on this site — text, design, graphics and the project showcase — belongs to AJ Technologies or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission. OpenVision is a product in development; features described are indicative and may change before release.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, disrupt availability, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or send unlawful content through our contact channels.

6. Quotes & payment

Prices are given per project in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in the project agreement, work begins after written approval and is invoiced per the agreed schedule.

7. Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Links to other sites

Our site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Gmail, Instagram, client sites). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
